We take a relationship-first approach to wedding planning.
Rather than pushing couples through timelines or checklists, we focus on helping partners get aligned at the right time — so decisions feel mutual, roles feel clear, and planning doesn’t fall on one person by default.
Our approach centers on:
Making expectations visible
Supporting better conversations
Encouraging shared ownership without pressure
The result is a planning experience that feels calmer, more balanced, and easier to move through — together.

Planning should be shared
We believe planning works best when both partners feel involved, supported, and responsible.
The relationship comes first
The wedding matters, but never at the expense of the partnership. Every decision we make starts with protecting the connection between partners.
Clarity over chaos
We value thoughtful planning over overwhelm. Fewer assumptions. More alignment. Less pressure.
Inclusivity, always
We’re committed to building a space where all couples — across identities, cultures, and relationship dynamics — feel respected, seen, and supported.
Intentional over perfect
We don’t believe in doing it “right.” We believe in doing it together, with care and intention.

The Two Do List was born from a simple observation:
wedding planning isn’t built for two people.Too often, one partner ends up managing the decisions, timelines, and mental load — while the other wants to help but doesn’t always know how. Not because of a lack of care, but because the process itself wasn’t designed for shared ownership.
We saw how this imbalance could quietly create stress before a marriage even begins.
So we set out to build something different.
The Two Do List exists to help couples plan in a way that reflects the kind of partnership they want to carry into marriage — one rooted in communication, shared responsibility, and mutual support.
